How do I get a quote for my home?

Contact us to get your information because after many years of experience, we notice that every house is different from the inside and outside. We consider to give an accurate estimate based on three factors, the size, the conditions and the frequency of services. The more often Janifab go, the less we charge.

What does JaniFab cleaning service do?

Do I have to stay home while the cleaners are working in my house?

JaniFab is a very trustworthy cleaning company, so feel free to run errands,  stay at work or keep on with your activities, so enjoy your time while we clean your home with stress free.

Do I have to provide my own cleaning supplies to the cleaners?

No, we provide every chemical and equipment to our crew to clean your home, However JaniFab is very flexible upon request, we are happy to clean with your preferred products.

What if something is dropped or broken in my house by one of the cleaners?

All of our JaniFab cleaners are trained to know how to avoid breakage or damage while they clean your home. However, if something does get damaged, they will inform you immediately if you’re home. If not, they will leave a note explaining what happened. They will also alert their management so that JaniFab can address the situation with you as soon as possible. If the damage was a result of an accident or a team member’s negligence, JaniFab will quickly make a proper repair or provide restitution.

 

JaniFab cannot take responsibility for damage that results because items are not properly secured, hung, installed or put in a reasonably safe place. For example: Heavy mirrors or frames that is not hung with the appropriate hanger, furniture that is not stable or shelving easily moved when touched. If you have items that are extremely delicate, are very expensive or have deep sentimental value that you want handled with particular care or not at all, please make this clear on your Personalized Service Instructions.

Would I always have the same cleaners ?

Yes, as long as we can keep the same schedule provided, but if by any chance of illness or car trouble with the cleaners, we'll immediately let you know if we can send a different crew or preferred to wait until the same crew is available or in case you want to change the date and time, we cannot promise to send the same crew.

Are your cleaners safe to service my home?

JaniFab is a professional service and we hire bonded, and insured residential cleaners who pride themselves in quality cleaning service. Before joining our team, each cleaner is trained to perform the detailed cleaning to our customers specifications. We stand behind our work with a 24-hour Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us to arrange for us to come back and re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.

Are my house keys in good hands?

Yes. Keys are secured in the office and coded. Your home is not identified. Keys are logged in and out by the team that will clean your home on the day of service.

What if I would like something cleaned that may not be a normal item in the maids normal checklist?

JaniFab wide variety of housekeepers that can offer an additional home services that can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact our office for more information. If you have a special request, chances are, if it has to do with house cleaning, most of our cleaners can handle most special requests.

How would our relationship work?

Communication with you and JaniFab is very important . Our cleaning service franchise owners understand we must earn your trust during every visit. It's why we're so flexible, offering customized cleaning service plans designed with your needs in mind. What should I do before a cleaning service?

To make our house cleaning service more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our cleaners. that way we can have great cleaning results.or if you want the JaniFab team to do it for you, we’ll charge an extra fee.

What time does JaniFab arrive?

JaniFab has a very flexible schedule for our costumers. our arriving hours are from  8:00 -8:30 AM // 10:00-10:30 AM // 12:30-1:00 PM // 3:00-3:30 PM

we still work on saturdays but in certain areas.

What if the cleaner missed a spot?

JaniFab services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. however, accidents may occur and we may make a mistake. That's why JaniFab offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means if you Contact JaniFab our crew will correct their mistake at no charge as soon as possible.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning service?

JaniFab has a policy for our costumers to give us a 2 day notice for reschedule or cancellation before your regular cleaning appointment. in case we send the crew over when no one is home, we’ll charge an extra fee.

What if my cleaning service falls on a holiday?

We work on many federal holiday, But if you don't want any service on any of those holidays, contact us to arrange another appointment or date.

How can I share my JaniFab experience?

Our Facebook  and Twitter page offers inside information, promotions, deals and tips to our fans. What if I have pets in the house?

We are very pet friendly and we'll treat your pets with love respect as you would, but if by any chance your pets needs any type of special attention, you will let us know.

Do I have to sing a contract with JaniFab cleaning services?

No, we don't want to get involve in any type of legal long term contract or hassle with our clients, if your not satisfied with our service, you can cancel at anytime.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

No. Our service policy states that costumers are not to hire any of our JaniFab Cleaning Professionals. If you feel you must hire someone in spite of the service agreement, we will have to cancel the cleaning service for your home permanently and employees will face legal consequences, due in full immediately upon employment or use of a past/present employee, regardless of whether it is regular or contractual employment.
